July 1st: Full Race Mode Begins Now

July 1st. That means Bonneville SpeedWeek is next month, which means I am getting my ass in gear and getting my bike dialed in for racing. Above is a video of a run I did on a vintage 650 c.c. Triumph motorcycle last year. I cannot wait!

Flashback....

One of the best parts of traveling around for shows is getting to see some great bikes and seeing friends we don't get to see all the time. Larry and Ashley from Garage Co. Customs in Pelham, AL are not only friends but as always bring a little eye candy for us to drool over. This flashback style chopper is a perfect example, after the initial impression you begin to notice all the little things, the narrowed super stretched springer, the killer engraving everywhere, etc.
All the engraving had to be one of my favorite parts of this bike, very cool look, I wish I had the skill and patience to do this! The pictures just don't do it justice.

A Visit To The Garage Company

I just got back from my trip to California with my '59 Pan for Born Free 3. It was a blast, days spent riding around, visiting friends, just riding, no plans of where I was staying or what was going on that day. I ended up at a BBQ at Wil's place in Seal Beach and crashed there for the night along with lots of other people. The next morning a group of us took the coastal route up to Inglewood and visited Yoshi's The Garage Company. The photos above are just a taste of his shop. Unreal stuff. Sorry for the mediocre cell phone photos!

Katy, John, Todd, Ava and Myself will be heading down to the Smokeout in NC tonight and set up down there for the show tomorrow! Orders will still be shipping out (although we won't have phone availability this weekend) but if you are at either of these shows Come over and say Hey and grab some stickers and a beer!

At the Smokeout we will be raffling off the Biltwell helmet pictured above, hand-painted and gilded by Josh at Old School Helmets. Just come sign up for our email newsletter and drop a raffle ticket in and we will be emailing the winner via email on Monday and this bad boy can be yours!

Today was the culmination of a large project spanning the last 7 months. We are happy to announce a new product now available, the P-Nut Tank. At $159.99 you can't go wrong! We have it available with undrilled, welded mounting tabs, as well as a version that includes the tabs unwelded, ready for your custom mounts. Panhead En Route to Born Free 3

Greg gave me a hand hauling my Panhead over to the local Forward Air terminal and getting it loaded up yesterday. It is now en route to Born Free 3, I fly in to LAX and get to the terminal (thanks Kit!!), dump some gas in the tank and head towards Oak Canyon Ranch area. I can't wait to get out there and flog the crap out of my bike and punish it for snapping a rocker arm on the El Diablo Run.

Me and Darly June riding the wild thunder.
