Shop Build: John's BSA Chopper... She's a roller!

John's BSA is now a roller. That's a David Bird straight-style, 4" stretch, 2-1/2" drop hardtail in case you were wondering. Some delays due to his KTM Super Motard crash and collar bone injury, but it is coming along with help from his dad, Todd. Can't wait for this bike to come together!

Shop Build: John's BSA Chopper

John works here at Lowbrow. He is no stranger to vintage motorcycles as his Dad Todd works here too and has been building British bikes and working on H-D's for decades. John pilots his Dad's vintage brit dirt bikes at race events at Mid-Ohio, though this is his first vintage street bike.

Here is the crusty donor bike, which was quickly pulled apart and got a bit of attention with the sawzall and grinder.

Todd & John did all the prep work (the hard work) and I gave John a hand getting his weld-on David Bird BSA hardtail installed and ready to make a roller. More updates coming soon!
